Book an appointment.
Pick your city and your appointment type below. Your travel fee is shown before you confirm — you'll know the full cost before I'm on the road.
Choose a time.
Appointments run seven days a week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can book as little as four hours ahead, same day, at no extra charge. Pick your city and a day — weekend appointments carry a small premium that's shown before you confirm.
Find your travel fee.
$10 per signature is the Florida statutory rate for the notarial act. Travel is a separate, flat fee based on your city — charged once per appointment, no matter how many signatures are notarized.
Don't see your city? Call. I likely still come — I'd just rather quote it honestly than guess.
Add-on services.
Each is an optional, separate, non-notarial service. You only pay for what you ask for, and each appears as its own line on your invoice.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. All listed prices are card prices — take 3% off for cash or Zelle. Tolls and parking, where they apply, are passed through at cost.
Before I arrive — a 30-second checklist.
- Bring valid, unexpired photo ID. Every signer needs one. A Florida driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID all work. No ID, no notarization — no exceptions, including for people I know.
- Do not sign the document yet. I have to witness the signature. If it's already signed, I usually can't help you.
- Have the complete document. All pages, no blanks left unfilled.
- Line up your witnesses if the document needs them. If you can't, I can source them for $15 each — just tell me when you book.
- Tell me about access. Gate codes, building check-in, visiting-hour restrictions, room numbers. A locked lobby is the number one reason an appointment runs late.
- The signer has to be present and aware. If the signer is medicated, sedated, or otherwise unable to understand what they're signing or communicate their intent, I cannot proceed. That isn't me being difficult — it's the law, and it protects your family.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Same-day welcome, book up to four hours ahead at no extra charge. Evenings and weekends by arrangement, with a disclosed after-hours fee. By appointment only.
Your travel fee is displayed and agreed at the time of booking, before travel occurs. The notarial act is $10 per signature under Florida Statutes §117.05. Travel, after-hours, printing, scan-back, courier, wait time, and witness-sourcing fees are separate, non-notarial charges and are itemized individually on your invoice. TD Notary Services does not provide legal advice, does not prepare documents, and cannot advise which document you need.
To reserve your mobile notary appointment, the travel fee is collected at booking. This fee reserves your appointment time and covers the round trip; it is separate from the $10-per-signature notarial fee, which is collected on site.
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. As a courtesy, I wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. The travel fee is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled after I have begun traveling, if the signer fails to appear, or if the signer arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior communication.
